LAL v BOS

The NBA season has started, and the early weeks always bring surprises. Teams that looked settled in the summer are still finding rotations, and young players are fighting for minutes.

In the West, Oklahoma City and Denver start as the teams others will measure themselves against. In the East, Boston and New York look like the strongest contenders.

For fans in South Sudan, the NBA is also a story about African talent. More players from the continent are reaching the league each season, and every one of them is followed closely back home.

Sports HQ has live scores, box scores and standings for every NBA game. Tip-off times are shown in Juba time.
